Dave Wyman is a Nebraska native and the CEO of Paradise Lawns.

Before starting Paradise Lawns in 1999, Dave was enlisted in the US Air Force as a Space Systems Operator at Offutt Air Force base in Nebraska. While in the Air Force, he started attending college and finished his bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems at the University of Nebraska Omaha. When he graduated, he was unable to find a good fit in the job market so started looking at other ways he could earn a living and help people.

Dave had always had an entrepreneurial calling so decided to start his own business. His uncle Tom had owned a lawn care company and Dave worked with him before and really enjoyed the work, so this seemed like a good fit.

Initially he offered a long list of lawn and landscape services and found that he could perform all these services very well. However, he could not perform all the services to the high-quality standards that he wanted to provide so he decided to make a change. Dave started to focus the business on fertilization and weed control but also wanted a way to be different from the competition.

Dave is married to his beautiful wife Natalie and they have 3 amazing boys – Jaiden, Zyler, and Keenan. With family, the love for nature, and the environment being his priority he started looking for better and safer ways to provide these services. This led to the discovery of an organic approach to lawn care. Paradise Lawns still offers synthetic options, but they are going to be the safest available products in the market. And they will have the least possibility for adversely affecting people, pets, and the environment.

He now manages an awesome team that provides exceptional service to a long list of happy clients that continues to grow daily!
