“I really enjoyed my time when I worked with Paradise Lawns. The owner Dave is a professional, stand-up guy that treats you with respect and makes it fun. The expectations are high at Paradise Lawns, and from what I have seen, they are cut above the rest.
What I really like is that the expectations for you as an employee are clearly detailed when you start there. I really appreciate that, because when you know what’s expected of you, it makes the transition into a new job that much easier. Paradise Lawns has built a solid reputation, and it’s because the owner really cares about you and the work being done, so in turn, they provide a high level of service.
They appreciate you as an employee in many ways, so it makes you want to take pride in your work and do good work to keep that great reputation going. I really liked that once I proved myself, I was rewarded and felt appreciated for my hard work and I felt like I was trusted to do the job right.”
My name is John, I worked at Paradise Lawns for several seasons. I have to say that I genuinely enjoyed the flexibility, the patience, and the challenge provided by the leadership. I was forced to mature, grow up, and at the same time, there was patience for my honest mistakes, such qualities that are sorely lacking in the management of many other companies. For the opportunity I had to experience them, I’m grateful.”
