Installation
Our installers are trained to place lighting on rooflines, on the ground, and in trees and bushes. All ladder and rooftop work is handled by our team, which removes the most time-consuming and physically demanding part of Christmas decorating from your list. Displays are installed so they present cleanly from the street and hold their shape through the season.
Maintenance and Repairs: Our Stay-Lit Guarantee
Once your display is up, it’s covered by our Stay-Lit Guarantee. If something unexpected goes wrong, call us and we’ll have it fixed within one to two business days, weather permitting, at no extra charge. We also use automated timers, so your lights turn on and off on schedule without you having to manage them each evening.
Takedown and Storage
After the holidays, we take your display down on a timely schedule, or later if you’d like the lights to stay up a little longer. It is not a sale of lights. The lighting and installation materials are not sold to the customer and are not left at your property after the season. It is also not a one-time hanging service that leaves repairs and takedown to you. The value of the service comes from our team providing and managing the entire display, start to finish.
We do not reinstall homeowner-owned lights. Working with many different types of lights isn’t safe or reliable, so every display uses our own professional-grade materials, which are designed, installed, and maintained by our team.
What Does Christmas Light Installation Cost?
Every display is quoted for your specific home, but most Omaha-area homes fall within these seasonal ranges (sales tax included). Ranges reflect our best-value single-payment rate, and 2- and 3-payment plans are available below.
- Small ranch or front entry: $1,000 – $1,500
- Average two-story home (most common): $1,500 – $2,500
- Large or complex home: $2,500+
Our minimum is $1,000 per season. Color-changing RGB lighting typically adds about $100–$200 on an average home compared to classic C9 lighting. Trees, bushes, wreaths, and garland are priced as part of your custom quote. Your price covers everything: lighting, design, installation, in-season maintenance, takedown, storage, and tax. No extra charges and no surprises.

Payment Options
- Pay in full (best value): one payment at booking, and you save 20% compared to 3 payments
- 2 equal payments: at booking and at installation, and you save 10% compared to 3 payments
- 3 equal payments: at booking, at installation, and at takedown
Three-Season Price Lock
Your price is locked for three seasons for the same lighting design. What you pay in year one is what you pay in years two and three, with no increases. There’s no long-term commitment. You can cancel with written notice before any season.
